Building AI since before it was called AI.
NetAesthetics was founded in 2005 in Washington, DC. For the first decade, we built digital transformation systems for growth companies across the Mid-Atlantic. As AI became deployable in production, we shifted focus entirely to AI implementation — building systems now running in hospitals, financial institutions, manufacturing plants, and government agencies.
We are not a research firm. We are not a strategy boutique. We write the code, integrate it with your existing systems, test it against real data, and hand it off to your team fully documented and running.

Federal appointee. AI builder.
Rasheid Scarlett is the CEO and founder of NetAesthetics. He serves as a federal appointee on the FirstNet Authority Board, appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to oversee the nationwide public safety broadband network used by law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical services.
This is not an honorary role — it is active oversight of mission-critical infrastructure. The security standards it mandates are applied to every NetAesthetics client engagement, including private sector ones.
