1. Who we are

NetAesthetics LLC ("NetAesthetics", "we", "us", or "our") is an AI implementation consultancy located at 2001 L St NW, Suite 500, Washington DC 20036. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information obtained through our website at netaesthetics.com and through our client engagements.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including: contact information (name, email address, phone number, company name) submitted through contact forms, quiz submissions, or scheduling links; communications you send us by email or phone; and information provided during client engagement kickoffs and discovery processes.

We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our website, including: IP address and general location, browser type and device information, pages visited and time spent on pages, and referral source. This information is collected via analytics tools (currently Plausible Analytics, a GDPR-compliant tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information).

3. How we use your information

We use collected information to: respond to inquiries and schedule consultations, deliver the services you have engaged us for, send relevant information about our services (only where you have expressed interest or become a client), improve our website and service delivery, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Client data in engagements

Data shared by clients during service engagements — including proprietary business data, employee information, and customer data necessary for AI system development — is handled under the terms of the confidentiality agreement executed at the start of each engagement. This data is used solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services and is not retained beyond the engagement without written authorization.

5. Data sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties except: with service providers who assist in delivering our services (e.g., our scheduling platform, email infrastructure) under data processing agreements that prohibit further sharing; when required by law, regulation, or legal process; or with your explicit consent.

6. Data retention

We retain contact and inquiry information for up to three years from your last interaction with us. Client engagement data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for five years thereafter, unless a shorter or longer period is specified in the engagement agreement or required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. For EU/EEA residents, we comply with GDPR requirements. Our website analytics use Plausible, a GDPR-compliant tool that does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information.

8. Security

We implement security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle, consistent with our commitment to government-grade security standards. We have maintained zero data breaches across all client engagements since our founding in 2005. However, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
